Last night at work

Last night, I went home from work for the last time in an entire year. I have done it before but not for such a long time. Strange feeling. Back home, it was pretty late but my colleagues had brought to my attention that you have to celebrate with wine when to be vacant for so long. Said and done.

Oh, and how did I spend my first free night? I fell asleep and slept for 11 hours. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough but I do have a year or so to sleep as much as I want. ;)

Longboard going for a ride

Hi family, friends and all new readers! This blog is meant to be my link to you when I fulfill my year of skating in US and Central America. I have longed for this for such a long time and within a couple of weeks I will hit the road somewhere outside Los Angeles (or close to Joshua Tree). On (long)board. My new Subsonic GT 40 is finally mine and, with a bit of luck, my trailer is soon to be completed.
